The Surgiland project has been organized into three steps that followed the first step called “start-up and networking”, aimed at setting up the training programs and the connection structures between Italian and foreign partners.

FORact (Local training in Italy)

Local training held in Italy, addressed to the specialists of the 4 partner countries, has been articulated in practical activities in the operating room, seminars and lectures focused on specific topics.

ESTact (Training in the partner countries)

This part of training has been performed in the foreign partner countries (work on the job), following a plan similar to FORact training program, with Italian teachers’ support.

FADact (Distance training action)

Distance Training phase has been carried out through the project website platform.
